2013 Disney Cruise Line Itineraries

Today Disney Cruise Line revealed where the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will be in late 2013.  Here are the itineraries with the new additions in bold.

The Disney Magic is currently sailing from Manhattan, then...

• Reposition to Galveston in September 2012, offering 7-night cruises to the Western Caribbean through May 2013
• Mediterranean cruises, departing from Barcelona, June 1-August 31, 2013
• Western Caribbean and Bahamian cruises, departing from Miami, October 20-December 30, 2013

The Disney Wonder is now sailing from Seattle on Alaskan cruises, then...

• Return to Los Angeles in September 2012 with a wide variety of itineraries available – Hawaii, Mexican Riviera, Panama Canal and California Coast voyages featuring special offerings from Pixar Animation Studios
• Caribbean cruises departing from Miami, December 23, 2012-May 2, 2013
• Alaskan cruises departing from Vancouver, May 27-September 2, 2013
• Western Caribbean sailings, departing from Galveston, September 28-December 28, 2013

Candlelight Processional

If you will be at Walt Disney World over the Christmas season, do not miss out on the Candlelight Processional! This holiday offering at Epcot combines seasonal music from a mass choir and orchestra, with a reading of scripture by a celebrity narrator. It is performed nightly at 5, 6:45 and 8:15 PM at the America Gardens Theatre.

This is a very popular event. The best way to ensure you will get a seat is to purchase a Dining Package. This gives you a great meal at one of Epcot's restaurants and gives you a ticket to the show. Those with the Dining Package will be first to be seated, and those waiting in the standby line will be given the leftover seats, and very often there are no leftover seats.

The Dining Package restaurants and prices have not yet been released; however, from previous years you can expect it to use 2 Table Service Credits on the Disney Dining Plan (1 credit on the Premium or Platinum plans), or starting at $35 per person for the lowest category.

This truly is a moving event and will get you into the holiday spirit. Little children may have trouble keeping attention, so our suggestion is to bring a bag of quiet toys (coloring books, glow sticks, etc.) to entertain them a bit between the music.
